I use Magic.txd to export and import Manhunt textures and I use a program called Paint.net to edit the textures, it's like Photoshop but way easier.

The Cerberus Woman is a custom skin, the textures of the characters are inside the.txd of the downloaded file. Not inside the game files as all the Cerberus share the same Head texture, I just made her using the texture from a GTA San Andreas skin. And her textures won't appear if you use Magic.txd, because the Cerberus Leader's txd only shows you the textures using TXD.Workshop, is the only skin that needs TXD Workshop though, the rest can be used with Magic.txd. And about the tutorial there are many of them on Youtube. Just search "how to make skins manhunt" or "how to edit.txd files from gta" You basically have to open the texture of the skin you want to edit with paint.net, then export the gta character texture, drag it to paint.net then cut the parts you need and paste them into the texture you're editing. It's hard to explain but really easy to do once you get use to the program. Sorry for being so bad explaining it : (

Hello, it's actually pretty easy once you get the hand on it, it's like rigging skins for GTA SA but instead of GTA SA use Manhunt skins instead, you'd need 3Ds Max and Magic.txd to do it, I can't go deeper on the tutorial since I suck at explaining stuff xd I tried to make a video but I don't have a recording program that works well on my PC

If you mean like video trailers of the skins then it wouldn't be that neccesary tbh, they're just skins, playable models, though maybe if it's a mod that changes a level or animations I could consider it, then again I'd need a good recording program for that
