Copy the CamhedzBearsy folder into "manhunt/data/skins/" You'll need the Skin Pack mod by ermaccer to install these skins.

I hope you are doing very well! Would it be at all possible to add Juri Han from Street Fighter 4 to this game as a skin? I think she would fit very well into this considering how bloodthirsty she is.
