What program do you use to make skins?

I use Magic.txd to export and import Manhunt textures and I use a program called Paint.net to edit the textures, it's like Photoshop but way easier.

Another question, my friend, is difficult, the textures are from the game file, I think I have played so much manhun that the face of cerberus woman is not in the game, or did you use another texture to put it in the game, I would really need a tutorial or if I could you help.

The Cerberus Woman is a custom skin, the textures of the characters are inside the.txd of the downloaded file. Not inside the game files as all the Cerberus share the same Head texture, I just made her using the texture from a GTA San Andreas skin. And her textures won't appear if you use Magic.txd, because the Cerberus Leader's txd only shows you the textures using TXD.Workshop, is the only skin that needs TXD Workshop though, the rest can be used with Magic.txd. And about the tutorial there are many of them on Youtube. Just search "how to make skins manhunt" or "how to edit.txd files from gta" You basically have to open the texture of the skin you want to edit with paint.net, then export the gta character texture, drag it to paint.net then cut the parts you need and paste them into the texture you're editing. It's hard to explain but really easy to do once you get use to the program. Sorry for being so bad explaining it : (

You could join the Dixmor Hospital's Discord server, I'm sure if you search Manhunt videos from the user Der_Ritter you'll find links to the Discord group in the description of his videos.

Copy the !FemaleCerberus folder into "manhunt/data/skins/" You need the skin pack mod by ermaccer to install this skin. Original Cerberus Leader skin by ermaccer.

Hi xd I actually didn't make the texture, it was from a GTA SA skin, I just edited it in. Also nice textures. I dig their designs.
