Extract the .rar and copy the Entitytypedata.ini and the pak folder into "Manhunt/levels/derelict/" replace if necessary but make a copy of your original level folder, in case of any error or in case you want the level back to normal.

Extract the .rar and copy the cellblock folder from either the classic clowns by miauz and Der Ritter, or the Sketch ones also by miauz and Der Ritter, into "Manhunt/levels/" replace if necessary and make a copy of your original levels folder.
