Description
Manhunt OHKO turns the game into a one-health-point challenge. While enabled, it limits Cash’s health to 1 HP. Hunters retain their normal health and behavior: the mod changes the player’s survival conditions without making enemies easier to kill.

Painkillers can still be collected but do not heal while OHKO is active. Execution healing from Execution Heal is blocked as well.
Controls and Settings
OHKO is enabled by default. Press F6 while the game window is active to disable or re-enable it. The state is written to the INI and restored on the next launch.
Disabling OHKO allows healing again but does not restore health automatically. You still need a normal source of healing.
If another game hint is visible, the OHKO notification waits for it to finish. The INI lets you change the toggle key, disable notifications, adjust their duration and select their language. Restart after manual edits. If the INI cannot be written, toggling only affects the current session.
Requirements and Installation
Requires Manhunt for Windows and a 32-bit ASI loader.Place the ASI and INI together in scripts or beside manhunt.exe. Keep only one installed copy and back up your INI before updating. Further instructions are included in README_RU_ENG.txt.
Compatibility
Execution Heal can remain installed: healing is blocked while OHKO is enabled and becomes available again when it is disabled. PluginMH is not required. Compatibility with every Manhunt executable build is not guaranteed.
Bug Reports
Enable EnableLogging=1 under [OHKO], restart and reproduce the issue. Attach the log written beside the ASI to your report. Restore the setting to 0 afterwards.
