Extract the .rar file and copy the GTATenpenny folder into "Manhunt/data/skins/" You'll need PluginMH by ermaccer to install this skin.

Hi, if you mean the shotgun then it's not a skin, is the normal Manhunt shotgun, just that in certain angles you can see more details of it.
