Can you give a screenshot of the exact tickboxes,its pretty confusing but i know how to use cheat engine.

Hey Man Did you put the manhunt.ct file inside cheat engine's directory? then follow me:

1 open manhunt 1 untill you see the usual menu with the resolution and the play button dont press play yet

2 open the cheat engine program it doesnt matter which version you are using once you open it a window will appear we dont give a shit about that window all you want to do is press on the green/red screen icon

3 from here a list of your running applications will appear select manhunt.exe and click open

4 it will ask you if you want to load the accociated table?(manhunt.ct) click yes

5 then  another list window will appear asking you if you want to execute this lua script click no

6 finally the list of the trainer's options will appear and from here just scroll down untill you find the option called(Tps-Fps Executions) click on that and then click ok to activate it after that minimize all the windows (dont close the cheat engine program) and just go to that manhunt window and press the play button load any level and then press x to go first person view you will find that at first the camera is stuck and you cant look down just look up and down and then hit x to toggle first person view and it will be fine what tps-fps executions allow you is to do first person executions whenever you are in first person view and whenever you feel like it you can just press x again to go third person view sorry i couldnt upload a screenshot at the moment of this writing let me know if you are stuck.
