Extract the file and copy the GTAGirlfriends into "Manhunt/data/skins/" You'll need PluginMH by ermaccer to install these skins. You can install PluginMH by installing ManhuntFixer.

I was actually just going to make Denise and maybe Helena and Barbara but it would have been pretty empty so I added them all.
