Can Anyone Enhance Text in the TXD files?
In case anyone else was curious, I enhanced it enough to read some of the article titled "Box-Office Dry for Starkweather." The text was from some news article about a science olympiad in India. It looks like everything that's not clearly readable was pulled at random and is irrelevant to Manhunt.

Can Anyone Enhance Text in the TXD files?
In case anyone else was curious, I was able to enhance the image enough to read some of the article titled "Box-Office Dry for Starkweather." The text itself was pulled from a news article about a science olympiad in India. Anything not easily readable on the journalist's corkboard was probably pulled at random and irrelevant to Manhunt.
