Hello, i don't know where else i can post this so i decided to post it here, some months ago i downloaded Half-Life 2 while i had Manhunt 2 on my PC and turns out Half-Life 2 completely broke my saves. It changed the .sav file to launch through half life 2 application, so my saves got broken. Whenever i save my game it just says "corrupt data" and i'm unable to do anything with it. I uninstalled half life 2, reinstalled manhunt 2, and changed the .sav file so it launches through manhunt.exe not hl2.exe but it didn't help. Any solutions?

It didn't happen by accident, as i said in the post before i downloaded half life 2 and it also used .sav files which changed .sav to launch through half-life 2.

"Try starting a new game and then saving."

That's what i was doing actually because i couldn't load any of my saves, i started a new game, skipped the execution tutorial and intro, saved, closed the game and started it again to see if there were any changes. But nothing hapenned.
