Hey there,

If you are tolerant and stretch the Definition of "boss-battle" then manhunt provides three so far:

-ramirez 

-piggsy 

-starkweather

But whats up with scarecrow and bin bag?

I know that they only exist in Form of concept art and i also know that project manhunt and wiki hunt are not Very reliable. But i read (on either of them) that theres like leftover lines or text by starkweather about the hobo turning insane and "transforming" into scarecrow after you Guided him through the level.

So this Sounds too awesome to believe...

But do you guys know anything to back that up?

Any leftovers in the game that indicate boss battles in general?

Well me and 2 friends beat the game in "one night".....we got drunk.....so its hard to tell how long it took^^

But ive been watching mh1 speedruns lately and depending on if you want to do a glitchless run or not, i would suggest you practice the "aim-glitch" and check out how others set their routes for each level.
