UPDATE 12/15/22, INCLUDED THE TEXTURE SO YOU CAN ADD THIS ANYWHERE YOU WANT!
A camera was supposed to be in the game (possibly as a lure), his icon can still be found in ingame_pc.tex file in the game, i made this mod to show how the camera would possibly work.
