Inspired by the Punisher retexture i've seen in here, i decided to create one for the rivalling DC-Comics Anti-Hero, Red Hood. What if Red Hood was the protagonist instead?
Red Hood got informed of the Snuff Film Ring in Carcer City, he poses as a willing actor for the Snuff Films, in order to get closer to Starkweather, whilst in the background, he's feeding information to Roberta, but Starkweather's been paranoid lately, wonder what's next?
