Description
This mod adds Liam O'Mulligan from GTA Carcer City Demo as a playable character.
Liam O’Mulligan is a former Carcer City detective who was unfairly expelled from the police department nearly a decade before the events of the game. His dismissal derailed his life and forced him into a long period of instability, leaving him to survive on morally questionable jobs offered by former partners and other figures from his past. His situation worsens when one of these off-the-books jobs goes fatally wrong, pushing him deep into Carcer City’s criminal underworld. This incident becomes the catalyst that entangles Liam in a network of conspiracies and criminal operations involving everyone from street-level offenders to powerful government officials.

How to install:
1. Download the mod and open the downloaded file;
2. Copy "Liam O'Mulligan" and drop it to Manhunt/data/skins folder (considering you have PluginMH already installed);
3. Open the game, and click "Skins" button. All of the models should appear in the list. Nice work!
