How to use ?
Just copy any files (except of ingame_pc.tex) from the Build folder into the A01_Escape_Asylum folder. And place the ingame_pc.tex into the global/pictures/ folder.
That is it, you have now the Grenade like showed in the Video.

Note: This mod show only the Gore element for the first Hunter, other Hunters just die.
