Description
Gives Cash a set of civilian clothes, with a jacket reminiscent of what post-war veterans wear (ala Mafia 3), based on one of the Hunter's gossip that he could be potentially a ex-special forces member.
Update 1: Cash's forearms are now shaved, to better reflect the life before Prison. Fixed the hands, which weren't Cash's (something from a ped test i was doing but slipped by when i first released this).
