Scarecrow replacing Ramirez for the Divided they fall level. It also replaces the "Wardogs" with the Smileys. Machete is replaced with Scarecrow's axe.

The easiest way to do that would be:

  1. Install Project Carcer
  2. Extract all the dffs from the modelspc.dff included with the mod
  3. Delete everything but keep all the hunter bodies / heads (starting with Smi_...)
  4. Extract all the dffs from the modelspc.dff file of the level you want to replace (in this case if I remember correctly that's /derelic) on the same folder as the previous dff
  5. Pack all those dffs into one modelspc.dff
  6. Load the game and see if it still works, nothing should have changed
  7. If everything works fine, edit the EntityTypeData.ini file inside the levels' folder, exchanging the models for the hoods (everything starting with Hod_...) for the ones that I used for the Smileys (They might not exactly have the same name name as the models, so just check the EntityTypeData.ini file for the /asylum level and copy / paste those names.
  8. Load the game and see if it still works, you should now see the models without textures
  9. Add the textures of the Clownz using  MagicTXD, remember to compress them to DXT1
  10. Load the game and see if it still works and everything looks as it should

That would be it ^

I could make a video explaining this later, but I don't have access to a Windows PC right now and won't have until the beginning of September.
