It enhances all textures (resampled orginals 2x), all effects (like particles blood splatters or bullet holes), modify AI (more agressive and can see you from a mile), change gunplay (guns have proper names and can shoot far away like in reality - shootouts are real fun now), changed damage input and output for every firearm or melee weapon (you give as much damage as you recive from foes),menu is changed a little to better fit whole snuff theme(and "Kill the Rabbit" is now properly named "Pool of Tears"), every scene has now it's own self made loading picture and Cash has finally thumbs :)

Downloaded, how do I intall, I put the folder in the Manhunt Steam folder and ran the patch, but nothing happened. 

What do you mean nothing happened? You wrote "folder" as for one. Did you put "Manhunt" into "Manhunt"? Put "levels" and "pictures" folders into Manhunt directory and overwrite.

Hello. I love what you did with weapons and effects really gives the game a breath of fresh air, but after playing Press Coverage and Wrong Side of the Tracks, I feel like the modified AI makes the game unbalanced (maybe I just suck). Is there a way I can use this mod without the modified AI ? I have a little to no experience in modding, so if you can give me advice I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Use orginal folder DATA  (Manhunt/levels/GLOBAL/DATA) so gameplay changes won't be active.
